History

Deborah Lamoree has extensive training and experience working with the developmentally disabled population and is the mother of an adult daughter with a cognitive disability. Deborah is also the Immediate Past President of The Arc of Tempe, a past PALS (Parents Are Liaisons to Schools) with the AZ Dept. of Ed., and a past Raising Special Kids parent volunteer.  She is a proud graduate of the 2007 Partners in Policymaking training program!  Deborah has developed and presented comprehensive materials addressing Relationship Awareness for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities© to many organizations. She has participated in many other trainings, focus groups, and volunteer efforts for various organizations.

DDR was established in 2003 to provide home and community based services for the developmentally disabled population in the Phoenix Metropolitan area.

 DDR currently offers Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) of Respite, Habilitation, Attendant Care, and Habilitation, Individually Designed Living Arrangements, as well as Person Centered Planning Facilitation to Consumers who are eligible for services through the Arizona Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DES/DDD).  DDR will be expanding the services offered in the near future.
